Somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, Silvia is a small-town girl in her late teens, trying to manage a few different boyfriends; overcoming an overprotective Dad, that sort of thing. All of sudden, wham – she’s got a horrifying, disfiguring virus that has struck down women in the town over the years, forming a freaky underclass that Silvia’s now a part of. Marker grafts light body horror onto a coming-of-age tale with interesting results.
