Dr. Carruthers (Bela Lugosi) has vowed to seek revenge. His invention of a shaving lotion has finally got popular but the benefits are only reaped by his evil employers, Heath and Morton.

Feeling betrayed, the doctor now devises a new potion that would put the bats hate the stench of the lotion and attack people who use the product. The bats are now the weapons of destruction for Dr. Carruthers. He makes sure that his employers get the first taste of his wrath. Johhny Layton (Dave O’ Brien) decides to investigate the truth and put the doctor into a self devised trap.
